Dandara seeks planning for 34 Port Erin apartments

Planning permission is being sought to replace the former Royal Hotel in Port Erin with 34 apartments.

Dandara has submitted an application to build a mix of one, two and three bedroom properties on the promenade.

It says it's in response to the market in the area and wants to create a building that makes use of the incredible panoramic views across the bay.

The application was submitted on July 25th and is currently pending consideration.
