Don't underestimate 'legal highs'

A mother in the UK has launched a campaign to have the term 'legal high' changed as she feels it's misleading.

Josie Waldrum from addiction charity Motiv8 says their danger cannot be underestimated:

It's been reported extensively by the station in the past that legal high substances have been in fairly heavy circulation on the Island over the past five years.
