Management overhaul will address health problems

Totally overhauling the management structure within the Island's health service will help address failings within it.

That's according to the Health and Social Care Minister after the second of 13 reviews was published earlier this week.

The department's senior team is currently undergoing change - that decision stemmed from a review by the management consultants Beamans.
