Changes to agricultural support to be discussed

Possible changes to the way the government supports agriculture on the Island are on the horizon.

These include extending the financial support available to smaller farms and making the meat plant more viable.

The suggestions come in response to nine recommendations made by a policy review committee last year - they will be discussed by Tynwald in October.
