Government lost public confidence, says MHK

The Liberal Vannin leader says she thinks the public has lost all confidence in the current government administration.

Her comments come after a damning report alleged that Ministers have played fast and loose with financial regulations when awarding a consultancy contract.

Minister's Teare and Robertshaw awarded £650,000 to a recently formed company to carry out a review of Social Security, with some doubt regarding the legal powers in awarding the contract.
