Rushen MHK Laurence Skelly says he is 'delighted' to be made the new Economic Development Minister.
His appointment follows the resignation of John Shimmin who stepped down following controversy over the Sefton bailout deal.
Mr Skelly is moving on as head of the Department of Infrastructure - he'll be replaced by fellow Rushen MHK Phil Gawne.
Succeeding Mr Gawne in Environment, Food and Agriculture, and becoming a Minister for the first time, is Castletown MHK Richard Ronan.
