Would caravan holidaymakers bring another stream of revenue to government coffers?

That's the question which was posed in Tynwald recently - it led to the formation of a committee to further investigate the matter.

MLC Alex Downie described it as a huge untapped market, with other members voicing their concerns that it could disfigure the countryside.
