Infrastructure working to rectify New Castletown Road sinkhole

A significant sink hole has appeared on the new castletown road.
The DoI work teams are currently investigating what has caused it, it's reported as being between 4 to 6 feet deep and upto 10 feet long.
It's formed between the end of the TT access road and the entrance to the NSC on the outward bound carriageway.
All inward bound traffic is currently being diverted to groves road junction.
