Education bosses to go before Tynwald committee

Two senior figures from the Department of Education and Children will go before a Tynwald committee next week.

Minister Tim Crookall and chief executive Professor Ronald Barr will give evidence at the Social Affairs Policy Review Committee.

It was set up in October 2011 to discuss a wide range of issues and is overseen by MHKs Brenda Cannell and Steve Rodan and MLC Alan Crowe.

The session will take place on Wednesday in the Legislative Council chamber - members of the public are welcome to attend.
