Work on a new £4 million neonatal unit at Noble's Hospital is on schedule.
It's being built to ensure evolving standards and guidelines in neonatal care are met, whilst ensuring the hospital is ready for the demands of a growing population.
If everything continues running to time the unit will be ready and operational by February.
Health and Social Care Minister Howard Quayle says despite the economic downturn there are a range of new facilities in development on the hospital site:
