Police commend public and visitors for 'perfect' Mad Sunday

Mad Sunday? More like Sensible Sunday.

That's the message from the constabulary after a day of limited incidents both on and off the roads.

Historically it's been the busiest day of the fortnight for the police, with high incident rates.
