TT 2015 bookings for the Steam Packet were up 41 per cent on 2013 from the first sale day.
Almost 7,000 passengers have made travel arrangements with the company after just 10 hours of trading.
Reservations became available early on Bank Holiday Monday; when 6,957 passengers booked - compared with 4,314 in 2013.
3,452 motorcycles will travel, from 1,966 last year, and the number of vehicles have increased from 647 to 935 cars and vans.
Despite the volume of people set to arrive, the Steam Packet says there are still places available.
