ComIN give Marine Centre revamp the go ahead

Permission has been granted for the redevelopment of the old marine centre in Port Erin.

Sea Breezes have had their proposal granted to convert and extend the existing property by the Council of Ministers.

It was operational as a laboratory up until 2006.

It will be a mixed use development with office space, a hotel, retail outlets, a cafe and a marine interpretation centre.
