Should government be discouraging motor-tourists from using the Island's green ways?
According to North Douglas MHK Bill Henderson the answer is yes - he says he thinks alternative and sustainable uses should be promoted instead.
Infrastructure Minister Laurence Skelly says meetings are being held to explore the future of outdoor tourism but says they are clearly an asset that could help to attract visitors.
But he says it's not an area that is actively promoted.
