People are being encouraged to be 'anxiety aware' for Mental Health Awareness Week.
Organiser, the Mental Health Foundation, has chosen it as the theme for this year - as it's something everyone will experience at some point.
The Department of Health and Social Care says it's a normal and healthy feeling, with varying degrees of intensity.
