Warning over summer rogue traders

Rogue traders are targeting the vulnerable.

That’s the message from the Office of Fair Trading after a number of complaints about construction industry contractors.

It says mistakes can be avoided if people get estimates and contact the Employer’s Federation beforehand.

Chairman David Quirk says it happens just before the summer season every year:
