Castletown is set for a major revamp if regeneration plans get the go ahead.
Following two and a half years of work by the regeneration committee the proposals have now been submitted for planning approval.
It’s hoped the town can follow Ramsey’s lead which has attracted 28 new businesses to the area since it went through its own regeneration project.
Work in Castletown will be centred on the Market Square and Parade areas with the aim to create a space that can adapt to different events.
