No stone will be left unturned in improving the Island’s health service – after a mixed review of Noble’s Hospital.
That’s the message from the Health and Social Care Minister who has welcomed the first of 13 reviews into the working of the service.
In November last year the West Midlands Quality Review Service reviewed the emergency department, theatre and anaesthetics and critical care services.
It found that out of 240 quality standards only 113 were met – a percentage of 47 per cent.
Howard Quayle says work has now begun on a robust and comprehensive action plan to address concerns.
