More people are being encouraged to take part in the Fire and Rescue Service's bootcamp recruitment drive.
A physical assessment familiarisation session is being held at Douglas Fire Station tonight.
Aimed at filling vacancies at all of the Island's stations - 40 per cent of all candidates put through their paces won't make the grade.
After tonight there are two more sessions so that people can get an idea of what's involved in the job.
