Potential Isle of Man Commonwealth Games contestants have been warned about the consequences of doping.

Two UK Anti-Doping national trainers gave a talk at a sporting excellence Talent Day on Saturday - where Dame Kelly Holmes returned for the programme's final event.

National trainer Mike Evans says he hopes the day helped the athletes to understand the importance of their achievements being as a result of hard work.
