A new legal provision has been introduced to protect consumers from unfair small print in contracts.
It’s based on existing UK law and serves to stop businesses burying their unfair terms in small print, which the customer rarely has time to read.
The provisions include a so called ‘grey list’, which is a checklist of the list of terms which are now deemed not fit practice.
