Paul Mihailovits was the clear winner of the first of Ayre Clay Target Club’s summer English Skeet league at Blue Point on Sunday, shooting his first ever straight 25/25 in skeet competition.  Dave Corlett and Kevin Oates were joint second on 47.

 

Eleven shooters carried on in the 100 league competition sponsored by Ted Kermeen.  This was won by Oates with Corlett and Mihailovits joint second.

 

Results:

Penketh-Millar Architectural Design 50 league:

A/B Class: 1, Kevin Oates 47/50; 2, Martin Kneen 46; 3, Rachael Bowen-Matthews 41.

C Class: 1, Paul Mihailovits 49; 2, Dave Corlett 47; 3, Alan Kinrade 46.

 

100 League: 1, Kevin Oates 91; 2= Dave Corlett and Paul Mihailovits 90.
