Government says it's hopeful a long-running industrial dispute with the Island's bus drivers can now be brought to an end.
It follows the results of an employment tribunal last week which ruled that drivers had not been unfairly dismissed.
Drivers were angry over changes to their pay and terms and conditions but the tribunal ruled against the test cases.
The Department of Community, Culture and Leisure says it has done all it can to act fairly and in the public interest.
