A Tynwald committee will hear more evidence in relation to the care and upbringing of children this week.
Oral evidence will be taken from representatives from the Family Court Welfare Service and the Department of Social Care on Friday.
In December last year a committee was set up to consider a petition of redress of grievance which was presented on Tynwald Day.
It was seeking a review of the law relating to the care and upbringing of children especially in cases of broken marriages and other relationships.
