Man hurt in hit and run

A man has been injured in a hit and run near Ramsey.

He was walking on the St Jude's Road at around 5.30am last Monday (10th Feb) when he was struck by a vehicle which failed to stop.

The man suffered a broken rib.

Police have only released details of the incident today and haven't given a description of the vehicle involved.

They're appealing for information.
