Winter League Results
Duncalf takes his second 100 of the season
An extremely close match was shot at Sinclair on Monday evening when the team from Sulby arrived to shoot against IoMSC Douglas. It took the scoring of the last detail of two Douglas shooters to confirm the result in Division 1 and the visitors came out winners by a single point. Claiming top spot for the hosts, Mike Duncalf continued his race at the top of the championship producing a full house, the only shooter to date, to record two hundreds in the league this season. Duncalf was followed by 97’s from Nick Brown and Andy Potter. For the visitors, Teddy Sayle, Mark Cain and Will Quayle all posted 98’s with Peter Webb on 97. Although Sulby took the win in Division1, Divisions 2 and 3 went in favour of IoMSC Douglas.

As the league begins to draw to a close, changes are appearing each week in the leagues. The closest is in Division 2 where IoMSC Douglas and Port St Mary are separated by just 9 points on aggregate. Only a disaster will stop Laxey from retaining the premier Division and the ‘Port appear to have Division 3 sewn up.
