Guernsey’s Chief Minister has heralded a significant shift in the way that Westminster views the Crown Dependencies.
It follows a visit to the Island last week for the trilateral conference between the nations.
Historically the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey have been viewed as tax havens - a perception that came into focus in the last five years as international centres looked to clamp down on tax evasion.
The Crown Dependencies are now at the forefront of tax transparency and cooperation - something that's been acknowledged by Prime Minister David Cameron.
