An MHK with responsibility for film has put forward amendments to the Copyright Bill 2013.
Spending a year and a half bringing the legislation forward – Laurence Skelly says he’s delighted that the House of Keys has supported it.
Changes to the bill to protect intellectual property will bring the Island up to date with the UK and EU and international treaties in support of emerging industries.
