Chief Minister says 'toilet tax' needs to be fairer

Government is working on a plan to make a new 'toilet tax' fairer for property owners.
That’s according to the Chief Minister, who admits it isn’t fair for the £50 annual charge to be applied across the board.
In Tynwald last week, the Water and Sewerage Authority was successful in passing the tax - which will start from April 1st.
