The next phase of Ramsey’s regeneration is well underway, with the town reaping the benefits of the already completed works.
Already the town has seen unprecedented levels of new business created, with a buzz restored to the area that many had considered tired and in need of a face lift.
The next stage will see improvements to Parliament Street, with a widening of the footways, enhanced lighting and a new drainage system to reduce rainwater flooding.
Now in its third year the regeneration project manager, Steven Stanley, told us how the remaining budget is being allocated:
