The Isle of Man’s major exposure in the UK press this week equates to an advertising campaign that would be well outside government’s budget.
The Island has just been crowned the best stargazing location in the British Isles - something which garnered press attention, reaching millions of people worldwide.
The last time the Island received a boost like this was from a TV advertising campaign in 2009/10 which cost well over £1 million.
