Police have seized cocaine with a street value of £54,000 and £9000 in cash.
A 30 year old man from Douglas was arrested on Friday afternoon and this evening has been charged.
He will apear in court on Monday.
Detective Sergeant Paul Holland of the Pro Active Team told Energy FM News,
“Seizing this significant amount of Class ‘A’ drugs ensures the safety of the public, and removes a dangerous substance from within the community. The Pro Active Team will continue to target criminal networks involved in the importation and supply of controlled drugs”.
