2013 branded a tough year for all

The Chief Minister has branded 2013 a very challenging time for all concerned.

Allan Bell says government, the business world and the wider economy had another difficult year, but is confident we are continuing to weather the storm.

The Ramsey MHK has also said it is with regret he had to concede that he would not be able to achieve a government of national unity that he has strived for.
