Reform of applied and vocational qualifications for 14-19 year olds in England could trigger changes in the Isle of Man.
Intended for first teaching in September 2014 – the adjustments follow on from a review of vocational education undertaken by Professor Alison Wolf in 2011.
The Department for Education and Children (DEC) says the Island has alternative options to the proposals – which would mean a spring term public consultation on the way forward.
