A former MP from Guernsey has written to the Island’s Chief Minister in an effort to get the Island recognised on Remembrance Sunday.
Antony Webber is calling for the three crown dependencies – Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man – to be able to lay a wreath at the London Cenotaph each November.
Currently there is no official representation from any - he would like to see the Chief Ministers ask the UK Government for an invitation going forward.
