The Joey Dunlop Foundation has announced plans to expand to cope with growing numbers of guests during the busy summer months.
The facility offers specialist accommodation for people with disabilities - proving a major success during the TT fortnight for biking fans who otherwise would find it difficult in conventional hotels.
Plans are now in place for two additional apartments at Braddan Bridge House.
All funds needed will be raised through charitable schemes. Next year will see another Joey Dunlop memorial lap of the TT, taking place toward the end of August.
