Change is coming says Chief Minister

The Chief Minister says he endorses many of the comments made by an MHK regarding a major overhaul of government.

Castletown MHK Richard Ronan has said Allan Bell needs to have more powers afforded to him as well as a deputy to share the workload.

He says he want's to see a radical shake up to replace the current system which has been in place for 26 years.
