Flybe bosses are looking at new proposals to help secure the jobs of Island based airline staff.
50 people face redundancy early next year after the airline took the decision to close six bases – including the hub in the Isle of Man.
The government has met with Flybe’s chief executive to discuss possible options to safeguard both jobs and services.
