Zoe Gillings launches a Health & Fitness website ahead of the 2014 Olympic Games

With only three months to go until the most important competition of Zoe Gillings' career so far - the 2014 Winter Olympics in Russia where she is widely seen as a top medal contender - today Zoe launched www.ExpertHealth.me, a Health and fitness website offering two detailed weight loss downloadable programs - nutrition & exercise.

Being a UK Sport podium funded athlete and British No 1 Olympian, Zoe receives on a daily basis World Class support in nutrition, strength & conditioning (fitness), sports psychology, physiotherapy to name a few...  Together with her Olympic nutritionist and Olympic fitness coach (Dr Graeme Close and John Noonan) they have taken this expert knowledge and produced two high quality downloadable plans for the general public focussed not just on weight loss but also how to lead a healthy lifestyle after reaching your ideal body weight.

Zoe commented, "Ive been lucky that throughout my career I have had access to some of the best practitioners in the business and now I want to make that specialist knowledge available to everyone. Im often asked how I lose weight, how I train, how i get strong and stay fit as people just don't know how or what to do to lose weight and lead a healthier lifestyle.  There are so many fad diets available on the market today, liquid diets, starvation diets, you name it its probably out there.  My aim is to make available to the general public a high quality, respected, tried & tested healthy approach to weight loss and to lead a healthier lifestyle - I can do this as I and many of my sporting friends regularly adopt the principles of these two downloadable documents to lose weight, gain lean muscle, train and generally live healthily.   For several years before I had access to these specialist practitioners I was constantly trying to lose excess weight and couldn't no matter what I did. Since starting with Graham and John I now realised what I was doing wrong and how simple the changes were that I made to lose weight and keep it off afterwards and live healthy.  These documents now give the general public exactly what they need to lose weight and live healthy for the rest of their lives."

Both downloadable documents contain highly detailed plans including a 10 week exercise plan and a 10 week nutrition meal plan with every meal and snack detailed so all the customer has to do is the shopping and cooking! Both plans are split up into two phases, the "kicker" (weight loss) phase and the "maintainer" (ongoing healthy lifestyle) phase - also accompanying the fitness plan is an online video channel with each and every exercise demonstrated.

Zoe commented further, "There were many successful legacies of London2012, Id really like to leave a legacy for Soch2014, if that legacy can be a fitter and healthier Great Britain then all my years in snowboarding would have been worth it.
