Director of drugs charity, DASH, says legal highs continue to be a major concern on the Island.
Shelly Stanley told us that despite an initial drop off following the ‘plant food’ furore, there has been increased cases of people seeking their service needing help to overcome addictions.
A number of deaths have been attributed to legal highs around the UK - mephedrone in particular can have lethal consequences.
