The Department of Health and Hospice have entered into a five-year agreement to ensure patient standards are maintained on Island.
The service level agreement brings together a joined up approach to service delivery for the people of the Isle of Man.
It will see the Hospice continue with its existing high standard of care, with financial commitment from the Department of Health until at least 2018.
The department will also continue to supply a number of facilities and staff support to ensure the running of the essential facility.
Despite the financial help the department does not fund the Hospice - as it stands they need to raise £3.5 million per year.
