Many older people can't pay winter fuel bills

A local charity says there are major concerns that many elderly and vulnerable people are being affected by ever increasing energy bills.

With increased costs of shipping in oil, soaring fuel costs show no sign of let up.

Age Isle of Man says despite a large portion of the Island’s older population being well covered financially there is still a number who live and rely on their state pensions.
