The Chief Minister says he is looking at merging two major government departments but no firm decision has yet been made.
A merger of the Departments of Health and the Department of Social Care may be considered under radical re-shuffle plans.
Although nothing is set in stone, Allan Bell says work behind the scenes is ongoing to work out whether such a merger could work.
