Could Mark Cavendish’s return to track cycling be inspired by the chance to compete at the next Olympic Games?
A leading cycling journalist believes this could be the case as the Laxey man prepares to compete at the Belgian International Open in three weeks’ time.
Cav was a commentator for the BBC last summer when Onchan’s Peter Kennaugh claimed gold in the men’s team pursuit.
