Next month’s Isle of Man Film Festival is set to be the largest film-making event ever seen on the Island.
Formally known as the MannIN Shorts Festival, September’s exhibition will see dozens of locally made shorts films compete in a range of categories.
The festival is backed by the Arts Council and has strong support from the private sector.
It will run from September 11-15 and have a range of events, lectures and workshops across the Island.
One of its organisers is film-maker Christy DeHaven.
She says the build-up to the Island of Culture Celebrations has added to this year’s event:
