A rise in house prices in the UK is good news for the Isle of Man according to a local estate agent.
Figures released yesterday show house price inflation has jumped 3.1 per cent in the year to June – the sharpest rise for seven years.
It means house prices are no longer flat but have started to grow.
Nick Cooper is the residential director at Black Grace Cowley – he says the Manx housing market is influenced by the UK so it’s positive:
