The Health Minister has admitted that morale within the health service is low.
It follows months of controversy after clinicians raised issues over patient safety at Noble’s Hospital.
A rigorous assessment and inspection of the entire health service will start in September conducted by the West Midlands Quality Review Service.
The £90,000 review will identify any areas where services need to be improved including areas where there is an unacceptable risk to patient or staff safety.
