The Isle of Man is preparing for the introduction of a 4G mobile network.
The Communications Commission has published a consultation on its proposals to grant licences to operators.
It sets out the process for awarding 4G licences and explains the commission’s reasoning behind the proposals.
The consultation is open until 1st August.
If a company is awarded a 4G licence it would have to launch a service within nine months and have 95% island coverage within two years.
