Attorney General to face trial

It has been confirmed the Island’s Attorney General will face trial.
Glen Vine man Stephen Harding was suspended from the esteemed position last October, accused of lying to the Advocates Disciplinary Tribunal between April and September 2010.
He is charged with committing acts against public justice and submitting false documentation.
He’ll be tried under the Perjury Act - the exact date for the trial is yet to be set.
