The Isle of Man Health Care Association has given its full backing to an urgent review of the health service.
The association was formed to investigate the quality of care that the public receives at Noble's Hospital and whether it represents fair value.
Last week it was confirmed that an external audit of the service - which costs £138 million annually - will take place.
The association says Health Minister David Anderson cannot hold all the relevant information to assure the public that there is no reason for concern and has criticised the ease of obtaining information.
